How does training work and what do I need to do to get started?

Step 1. Call or email me to set up a time

Step 2. Assess. We’ll take a look at your what I call your 6 major movements (Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Lunge and Rotate) and assess your strength and mobility in those movements.

Step 3. Plan and Program. This is where I will create a program that best fits your abilities and goals.

Step 4. Get to work!
