Mike Culbertson, BS-CPT

Mike’s fitness journey started as a young child playing every sport possible. He soon realized that he had a passion for collegiate wrestling where he excelled at for 10+ years before he gave it up early on into college. Although Mike may have stopped wrestling, there was still the drive and passion within him to continue working on being healthy and to remain active. Unfortunately it wasn’t until Mike noticed that he had developed horrible dietary habits and had become out of shape before he truly realized that he needed to change something. Mike ended up getting his degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Fitness from Long Beach State University and have since been helping others become the change the want see in themselves. He has worked with all different types of people, including youth athletes, the elderly and the everyday working warrior.
